i14 Cytrol is a broad-spectrum insecticide for the control of flying and crawling insects. It is formulated as a solvent-based Concentrated Emulsion(CE).
The product intended for use by qualified and authorized personnel only.
Active substance: 100g/l cypermethrin, 40g/l piperonyl butoxide
The active substance cypermethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that provides fast results and a shock action in contact with the targeted insects. Even more, it offers a residual control with results due to its stability to the action of light. Also, together with the synergistic piperonyl butoxides (PBO), the knock-down action is improved and the metabolic resistance of insects to insecticide treatment is limited.

How it works
The solvent-based Concentrated Emulsion can be mixed with water, kerosene, or diesel oil. Diluted with water, it can be applied using a hand sprayer or back sprayer, to dispose of crawling or flying insects. The insecticidal solution acts quickly as a neurotoxin that paralyzes the nervous system of insects.
Ghilotina i14 Cytrol is ideal for indoor usage in places such as commercial and industrial areas, as well as private ones: homes, shops, hotels, warehouses, catering, processing areas, waste containers, hospitals (areas not occupied by users), military areas and green areas, except in areas of food preparation.
How to use
We recommend the application of the insecticide Ghilotina i14 Cytrol by spraying with a low-pressure pump.
- Before use, clean the sprayer to remove residues;
- Fill half the sprayer with clean water and then add the Ghilotina i14 Cytrol as described below:
Strong infestation: dilution of 50 ml insecticide / in 5 L of water;
Routine treatment: dilution of 25 ml insecticide / in 5 L of water; - Add the rest of the water, securely close the sprayer, shake to disperse the contents, and pressurize it according to the sprayer manufacturer’s instructions. Agitate the sprayer again if the sprinkling is interrupted for more than 15 to 30 minutes. To treat 20 sqm you will need one liter of solution.
- Proceed to the suspension of the powder accordingly.
Do not store the ready-to-use solution overnight. Do not use the water-based solution near electrical devices, lighting fixtures, or switches.
We recommend using the i14 Cytrol with ULV (Ultra Low-Volume) devices in the following situations:
- it is necessary to treat a large surface (hectares can be treated in a single day);
- there is no access to sufficient sources of water;
- the land to be treated poses difficulties as travel or access.
The maximum dose is 50 ml per 5 liters of water per 125 sq. m. of surface sprayed.

I used this product in double the recommended amount. In the first phase I used the low pressure manual pump, then the hot fog thermonebulizer. The disinsection was done at a pastry shop. The result was excellent 🙂
