The Ghilotina T-530 Coverall is a laminated protective suit with a Type 5/6 classification, designed to shield workers against hazardous material particles (Type 5) as well as chemical liquid splashes (Type 6).

Usage Warnings

• Enhanced caution is advised when removing coveralls that have been exposed to liquids or are coated with chemical substances to avoid contact with hazardous materials.
• The coverall is not intended for extremely hazardous conditions or toxic chemical substances. It does not constitute a barrier against infectious substances.
• When combined with other personal protective equipment, cuffing sleeves to gloves, binding ankles to boots, and equipping the respiratory device to the helmet are recommended.
• It is necessary for the wearer to be properly grounded, with a resistance of less than 1080Ω between the individual and the ground, a condition easily achieved by wearing appropriate footwear.
• Wearing chemical protective clothing without considering its characteristics may cause thermal stress. Wearing suitable undergarments can help reduce thermal stress.

Fitting Instructions

1. Ensure the surrounding area is clean before donning the coverall.
2. Open the appropriate packaging without damaging the product.
3. Unzip the coverall and first pass your legs through (do not physically stress the coverall too much during this operation to avoid tearing the material).
4. Zip up the coverall once the entire body is covered and the protective helmet is equipped.
5. Peel off the adhesive strip from the zipper and adhere it to the coverall, ensuring not to fold it (to avoid zipper permeability).

Storage

• It is recommended to store it in the cardboard box, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature between 15-25 °C.
• If stored under suitable conditions, it is recommended for use within 5 years from the manufacturing date.

Disposal

Uncontaminated products can be treated as regular waste or recycled. Contaminated products should be treated as hazardous waste and disposed of according to the rules established by law.
